Position Overview
We are a global production and distribution company seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth and business development initiatives within our chemical sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful promotion of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the chemical and agriculture sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure successful deals and maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations that effectively communicate product value and benefits.
- Other duties as neededQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the chemical, plastic, wastewater or related industries.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
