Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR insights and recommendations
Support employee relations by coaching leaders and resolving employee issues

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a Business Partner role supporting multiple leaders
Experience working with Union and represented populations preferred
Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies for compliance
