Description:Direct Support Professional Lead Description:Pinnacle Services is seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional Lead for our evening shifts of 2pm-10pm at our residential sites in Chaska! The Direct Support Professional Lead to assist persons served with developmental disability, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting providing support and encouragement to work towards outcomes/goals to gain life skills. Job TypeFull TimeSupport Professional Lead Responsibilities:Meal planning/preparationFacilitation of community activities by using company vehiclesAssisting with personal and medical cares (helping with dressing, bathing, etc.)Behavior managementMedication administrationProvides Administrative Support to the Program Manager or Program DirectorDirect Support Professional Lead Salary/ Schedule: $17.00/hour and evening shifts from 2pm-10pm with flexibility with days of the week.
