A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.



Key Responsibilities

Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health clients
Utilize technology for patient documentation and follow established protocols
Complete necessary charting and prep work before and after shifts



Required Qualifications and Education

MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is preferred
Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
Must be comfortable using multiple technology applications for documentation
