A company is looking for a Director CDI SME.



Key Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to enhance revenue cycle expertise
Manage product validation by coding, auditing, and reviewing clinical charts
Develop Revenue Cycle training specifications and assist in project timelines and deliverables


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of leadership experience in Coding and/or CDI departments within the revenue cycle
Experience with EHR, CAC, and other coding tools across multiple systems
Concurrent and retrospective CDI review experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
