About the Opportunity: You will be the first person our customers and contractors see when entering our facility, and the last person they see on the way out- so you truly do have an impact on our customers overall experience. Your customer service experience will help you adapt to all situations, whether you're working with a regular vendor or helping a someone who has never been to our site before. No two days are the same and that's why we love the industry. Your schedule will be Monday - Friday with no nights or weekends. As a full time employee, you'll be able to enjoy 9 paid company holidays in addition to your competitive PTO policy. No two days are the same, but the typical position responsibilities include: - Greet and assist customers in person, radio, or via phone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized work area.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ability to navigate problem solving and decision making to support customer needs. You might be the right fit if you have these skills:
- Proficient in using basic office software and computer systems.
- Attention to detail while multi-tasking.
- Willingness to learn every day.
- Work both independently and as part of a team. Additional qualifications for this role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
- Ability to be on your feet throughout the day.
