We offer industry-high pay as well as draws and sales competitions

Responsibilities:
--- Knock a minimum of 50 doors a day in your territory.
--- Ideal times to knock Monday-Friday are 4-7 pm and Saturdays between 10-2 pm
--- You can start earlier or go longer if you wish
--- If you are unable to knock on doors due to inclement weather, follow up with homeowners, do cold calling leads, and marketing; sell yourself.
--- Aim for a goal of 5 Signed CAs a week to meet goals
--- Maintain relationships with homeowners and check in on your files weekly with updates communicating with the Homeowners
--- Attend all Sales meetings and trainings

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience in sales
--- Proven track record of successful sales experience
--- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
--- US Work Authorization
