Lead Developer (Manager, Data and Technology)The Lead Developer is responsible for design, development and support of existing system integrations as well as enabling new capabilities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with API creation, API development and proactive management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PHP programming language and have working knowledge of Linux operating system. This role requires a motivated individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs to support various applications and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and launch new features
• Ability to be curious and solve ambiguous problems in an efficient, technology-oriented manner
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality and performance
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Implement security and data protection measuresLeadership:
  • Directly or indirectly lead by encouraging and fostering a culture of growth and personal development while achieving business objectives
  • Be a flexible team player who can work with autonomy to make impactful, positive decisionsRequired Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience developing with PHP programming language
    • 2+ years of experience as an API Developer
    • 1+ years of experience working in a Linux environment
    • Experience with REST and SOAP API design principles and JSON/XML formatting
    • Experience with API testing tools/techniques and version control systems (ex: GitHub)
    • Knowledge of common database management systems (ex: MySQL, PostgreSQL, T-SQL)
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
    • High School diplomaPreferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with common cloud platforms (ex: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Fabric)
      • Understanding of microservices architecture
      • Knowledge of other programming languages (ex: Python, JavaScript)
      • Experience working with NetSuite from an API/integration perspective
      • Past working experience in the logistics/transportation industry and/or warehouse management systems
