- PassionWhat You'll DoWe are looking for an ambitious and passionate Trial Lawyer to join our growing team. As a Trial Lawyer at our firm, you will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Attorneys across the nation, and have local and remote support staff. A typical day for an Attorney at Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys involves client communication, taking and defending depositions, research and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and taking cases to trial. Our Trial Lawyers handle cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict.What You Need
- 3+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation, 5+ years preferred;
- Licensed and in good standing with the Mississippi State Bar; nice to have Tennessee as well;
- Successful jury trial track record;
- Experience drafting and responding to motions;
- Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.What You GetCompensation and Benefits:
