A company is looking for a Senior Platform Site Reliability Manager responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of their integrated development platform.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the Customer Enablement Team and SRE initiatives, implementing strategies to enhance platform reliability
Establish monitoring and alerting systems, and lead incident response efforts to minimize downtime
Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization to support user growth and system efficiency


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related roles
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java
