Monitors, reassesses and modifies treatment programs to meet patient needs in an ongoing manner. Coordinates, delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff (physical therapist assistants, rehab aides, students, etc.). Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare staff. Performs treatments demonstrating awareness of growth and development for each population group.
