Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Certified Nurse Assistant to care for our residents in Colonial Springs Healthcare CenterDescription of department: The nursing team at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center strive to SERVE in the care we provide to residents, families and each other. Each CNA on duty will have the support of management, LPNs, RNs, and RMTs to care for residents of Colonial Springs. We have a 134 bed facility with two memory care units and love to stay busy! We would love for you to join our team! You have the option of full-time, part-time or PRN and will work closely with the Director of Nursing on your schedule to determine a best fit for you and the team.A typical day will include Knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents; maintains a safe, clean long term care environment; actively and consistently contributes to the operations and communications; behaves in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH and performs other duties as requested.The position is PRN (Per Requested Need) Education: High School Diploma or higher (Preferred) Experience: None needed--- as we provide on the job training!Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills,Licensure/Certification: Certified Nurse Assistant Certification- if not, then we help you obtain your CNA and provide on the job training.
