My client has an opening for a Recruiter/ Sourcer to work as a part of our Talent Acquisition Team in our Maryland Heights, MO location. We are seeking an experienced recruiter who has a strong background in sourcing candidates, research, networking, identifying and attracting passive candidates for various roles that we have available in Marketing, Sales, Electronic Product Development and Content. Should have a comfort level in recruiting senior level roles as well. Excellent communication skills required - both verbal and written, knowledge of internet based sourcing, social media and prior experience searching and sourcing on via direct contact on job boards and other internet sites is required.



Responsibilities include:

? Source and develop candidates to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions and create pipeline for future opportunities.

? On-going follow up with candidates, team and hiring managers as needed.

? Create and update database of potential candidates

? Establish relationships with local university career centers and placement staff as well as sources for diversity candidates

? Screen candidates and present to hiring manager as assigned

? Full cycle recruiting from beginning to end including research, sourcing, assessment, interviewing, reference checking, eliciting candidate requirements and needs and managing expectations

? Demonstrate solid understanding of company compensation and benefit programs, Employment Value Propositions and company mission, priorities and core competencies and convey these to candidates to generate interest and enthusiasm in the company

? Must be highly motivated and demonstrate success in the Sourcer position.



A Bachelor's degree is required

3-5 years? experience in sourcing and recruiting

Strong computer knowledge and internet sourcing experience

Strong organizational skills, follow-up and attention to detail

Excellent interviewing, assessment and communication skills
