ENT opening in Missouri_x000D_Located in west Plains, MO_x000D_Full-Time & Permanent_x000D x000D_Seeking a BE/BC ENT to join practice._x000D x000D_- Established single provider clinic with a proven high referral base. _x000D_- Clinic hours are Mon-Friday 8am-5pm. _x000D_- You will see approximately 18-25 patients per day as well as have dedicated OR block time available._x000D_- This opportunity offers competitive guaranteed salary plus wRVU production bonuses._x000D_- Focus on General ENT patients Interest in growing a practice in a thriving market with an established referral system _x000D_- Practice is located in brand new space with state of the art equipment. _x000D_- Located on hospital campus. _x000D_- Current medical and surgical procedures include: tonsillectomy, hearing difficulties, ear surgery, sinus surgery, voice and swallowing problems, sleep apnea , allergy testing, allergy immunotherapy, endocrine diseases, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, thyroid cancer, and other head and neck cancers._x000D_- Competitive salary based on MGMA standards (475K base)_x000D_- $25,000 sign on bonus_x000D_- $10,000 relocation reimbursement_x000D_- Monthly educational stipend while you complete your training_x000D_- Student loan support up to $100,000_x000D_- Up to $4,500 for CMEs and professional license fees, dues and journals. _x000D_- 8 Weeks of Paid Time Off annually _x000D_- Hospital provides malpractice and tail coverage _x000D_- Benefits include: health, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability, AD&D_x000D_- 403B matching up to 3% after one year. _x000D_- 457 plan Top Hat Plan max contribution of $18,000 per year._x000D x000D_Location:_x000D x000D_West Plains is the center of trade for a 50-mile radius.
