<li>Windows Server Administration experience</li><li>Web (IIS) Administration experience</li><li>VMWare experience</li><li>Active Directory experience</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Job Description</B><br><ul>

<li>Provides technology support for both internal and external clients.</li><li>Under general direction maintains complex high-availability web hosting environments with respect to system integration, access, performance and security. </li><li>Maintains existing server based platforms and ongoing maintenance of infrastructure and client systems. </li><li>Troubleshoots network, hardware, and software related issues. </li><li>Support of existing standards and processes.</li><li>Interacts with management and cross functional team members to provide excellent customer service. </li><li>Able to align business unit issues to technology offerings. </li><li>Promotes team productivity by sharing industry best practices and adopting these approaches. </li><li>Takes proactive approach and finds opportunities to train and mentor others in the team. </li><li>Perform root cause analysis, quickly identify trends and recommend possible solutions. </li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Skill Set Qualifications </B><br><ul>

<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent work experience. </li><li>5+ years of experience in a technology related field and strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team environments. </li><li>Ability to analyze complex situations, negotiate and position solutions towards strategic plans. Excellent execution skills. </li><li>Knowledge of network infrastructure, server configuration and setup, and security practices. </li><li>Understands the rigors of a 24x7 hosting environment and able to maintain positive outlook during stressful situations. </li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Technical Requirements</B><br><ul>

<li>Windows 2003/2008/2012 Administration for web, application and database servers</li><li>VMware Administration</li><li>Knowledge of Firewalls and DMZ architecture</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory Architecture</li><li>Knowledge of Networking protocols and LAN/WAN connectivity</li><li>Manage workload utilizing ticketing system </li><li>24x7 on-call rotation with team members </li><li>PowerShell scripting and automation</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Desired Skills/Understanding</B><br><ul>

<li>Remote Access technologies (VPN/Citrix)</li><li>File Transfer methodologies and encrypt/decrypt</li><li>SAN concepts</li><li>Project Server</li><li>Team Foundation Services</li><li>Web farm clustering and load balancing (F5)</li><li>DNS administration</li></ul>
