A company is looking for a Home Retention Analyst to assist borrowers in maintaining home ownership and exploring loan liquidation options.



Key Responsibilities

Review borrower situations and request necessary documents for workout review
Calculate debt-to-income ratios and underwrite available workout options
Maintain communication with borrowers regarding their loan workout application status and options


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

2+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing or loss mitigation preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA/VA workout requirements
Familiarity with FDCPA, CFPB Servicing Guidelines, and state regulations
