        • Equipment: CRT machine, Balloon pump, External Vent Device
        • EMR: Cerner / EPIC
        • Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac directly from OR, CABG
        • Must Have Skills/Experience: Must be VERY competent, MUST be able to recover CABG directly from OR independently; Stepdown experience (1yr+), must start and manage Ext Vent Device, run CRT machine
