Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and operational support services to clients, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
Collaborate with Implementation & Client Management teams to enhance client processes during implementation and ongoing support
Translate, process, and maintain HRIS client data, ensuring deadlines are met across the client base


Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience working with HRIS data
Experience in customer interaction via calls and email
Knowledge of external HRIS systems like ADP, Workday, and UKG
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
