Job Details - Eastern Montana Outpatient Chemotherapy Infusion RN.
- Must have 2 years of chemotherapy administration experience and EPIC experience.
- Day shift, Monday through Friday.
- The Oncology Infusion registered nurse is a member of the cancer care team who will work in the Infusion area of Sidney Health Center Cancer Care.
- This position provides the delivery of professional oncology nursing care ensuring adherence to Cancer Care policies and nursing procedures, standards and practices, continued quality improvement objectives and safety, environmental and/or infection control standards.
- Duties include, but are not limited to: assessment of health history, addressing physician orders, in-office procedures, patient & family education, chemotherapy administration, cancer symptom management, patient monitoring through frequent visits on their physical state, as well as their emotional well-being, acts as the primary conduit of communication with patients, often relaying patient information and feedback to physicians, providing direct nursing care, including triage of patient care needs.
- Additional duties assigned by Cancer Care Director or Physician Services Senior Executive.
Job Requirements - Must have 2 years of chemotherapy administration experience.
- EPIC experience required.
