Negotiate and redline SaaS contracts, acting as a liaison for contract life cycle management

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex SaaS agreements
Experience creating and implementing efficient legal operations processes
Proficiency in modern data privacy laws and frameworks is a plus
