Key Responsibilities

Support corporate and board needs, including preparation of agendas and board materials
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements and documents
Advise on international growth initiatives and manage compliance matters


Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active US bar license
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate governance and employment practices
Preferred 8+ years of legal experience in high-growth technology companies
Experience managing relationships with outside counsel
