Key Responsibilities

Negotiate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Data Privacy Appendices (DPAs) with vendors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Provide guidance on GDPR requirements as they relate to privacy agreements


Required Qualifications

Experience with Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Privacy Amendments
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is required
Fundamental understanding of GDPR is preferred
