A/R CLERK - - Las Vegas Nevada

Las Vegas company is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED /ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Clerk. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of current A/R experience, great data entry skills, Will post payments for a very busy and large Company Description of duties follows:







Post daily payments in to the GL, enter receipt of invoice for items received from Inventory Coordinator and process for payment. Make sure all items received and amounts agree with purchase orders for vendors



Research and process all customer credits



Answer and process customer calls when they call to pay invoices with their credit cards or have account questions



Process checks for payable bills to be paid and file paperwork when completed



Compile and send statements to customers, prepare and mail Sales Tax forms to Department of Taxation









- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work under pressure

- Efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Data entry skills of 8,000+ kph

- Ability to work independently and autonomously

- MAS 90 or QuickBooks experience helpful

- Sense of Urgency is a MUST!

- Professional phone voice



This is a temporary, open-ended assignment and pays $15.00/hr.DOE
