Key Responsibilities

Guide business areas through the market research and insights process to determine effective research designs
Lead team development opportunities and organize training initiatives
Present research findings to senior leadership and analyze marketing research data to develop strategic insights


Required Qualifications

4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
7 or more years of experience in a relevant field (preferred)
Industry knowledge in insurance and research experience preferred
Supervisory experience required
