Responsibilities:
--- Organize and supervise the daily tasks of the solar installation crew to ensure timely completion of projects.
--- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe working environment on job sites.
--- Collaborate with project managers to coordinate resources and schedules for efficient project execution.
--- Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques and company procedures.
--- Implement quality control measures to uphold high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
--- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in the solar industry.

--- Excellent communication and team management skills.

--- Competencies: US Work Authorization.
--- Pv license (State on NV)
