Immediate need for an Accounting Clerk!



The role will be responsible for performing a variety of general accounting support tasks within an Accounting department including:



? Managing A/P and A/R processes

? Reconciling bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger

? Verifying the accuracy of invoiced and other accounting documents

? Maintaining accounting databases by entering high volume data into various systems

? Verifying financial reports by running performance analysis software program

? Maintaining high level of confidentiality

? Accomplishing accounting tasks in a fast-paced environments and consistently meeting deadlines



Qualifications

? Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

? Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

? Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

? Requires 3 years of direct experience within accounting field
