Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for developers, artists, and creators to resolve technical issues
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve creator-reported problems

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years in developer relations, community management, or technical support
Strong technical foundation, including familiarity with 3D design tools and gaming platforms
