Key Responsibilities

Act as the legal subject matter expert for accessibility compliance with various global standards
Collaborate with product, design, and policy teams as the central accessibility representative within Legal
Develop documentation and action plans to address compliance gaps and prepare for potential regulatory inquiries


Required Qualifications

J.D. or equivalent degree with at least 10 years of legal experience
Strong background in digital accessibility and advising product teams
Familiarity with WCAG standards is a major plus
Experience advising product teams on regulatory compliance in technology environments
