Key Responsibilities

Configure and tune monitoring tools for proactive management of customer environments
Document processes and standard operating procedures across the managed services team
Automate operational tasks and provide third-level support and troubleshooting assistance


Required Qualifications

BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Experience with Elastic Observability Platform and LogicMonitor Platform
3+ years administrating an enterprise environment with 24x7x365 uptime requirements
Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Perl, or Python
Industry technical certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, ITIL, or CCNA More...
