A company is looking for an Ops-UM Training Specialist to join their Operations Training & Development team, focusing on Utilization Management processes.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Utilization Management training curriculum and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinical staff
Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and improve overall Utilization Management processes
Design and implement training content using various learning modalities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations


Required Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification from an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience and at least 4 years in Utilization Management
2+ years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in a healthcare setting
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and practical experience in designing training events
