Maintains laboratory records. Follows laboratory policies and procedures; maintains quality control practices in the Laboratory. - -Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Ability to function independently in all areas of the clinical laboratory: blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology and serology/immunology and phlebotomy.
• Responsible for performing high-complexity testing.
• Is aware of specific procedures for the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
