Duration: 4 months contract and extendable there after
Will require local candidate. Typical 2-3 days a week in the office-no exceptions. No relocation candidates.

Technology Management:

Oversee and manage technology platforms including ZenDesk for customer service, Microsoft Teams for collaboration, and various integration software to ensure seamless data flow between different systems.
Ensure all software and systems used within the department are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with state and federal regulations.

Data Integrity and Management:
Develop and maintain data policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all election-related data.
Work directly with county clients and election Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to manage and update documentation online, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the most current information.

Project Management:
Lead projects related to IT infrastructure, system upgrades, and integration of new technologies into the election processes.
Coordinate with IT teams to implement and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to election operations.

--- Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience in IT or information management, with experience in public sector or election processes being highly desirable.
o Proven experience with project management, particularly in implementing technology solutions.

--- Skills:
o Proficiency in using and managing ZenDesk, Microsoft Teams, and various integration software.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.

--- Certifications: PMP, CISSP, or similar certifications in project management or cybersecurity would be advantageous. More...
