A company is looking for a Senior Digital Learning Experience Designer/Data Center Enablement Lead.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop learning experiences and performance support tools for Data Center capability building programs
Collaborate with business partners to create impactful training solutions that enhance frontline employee performance
Implement measurement and evaluation plans to assess training effectiveness and business impact

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Engineering, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions
Strong project management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Empathetic approach to understanding learner needs and facilitating change
