Lead the rollout of Pendo Adopt instances, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation
Deliver strategy and training sessions for new Adopt customers to facilitate successful onboarding
Assist users with guide development and best practices while addressing their needs during onboarding

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with the Pendo Engage Platform or similar products
Experience with Pendo Adopt
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
Experience with Jira and/or a content management system
