Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned client accounts
Manage email production process end-to-end, including ideation, design handoff, and deployment
Execute and evaluate email reporting with analysis and recommendations

Required Qualifications

Preference for a bachelor's degree
At least two years of experience in email marketing
At least one year of experience managing Email + SMS accounts
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive
