Job Description The PGSS Technical Operations organization is looking for a Process Engineer to join the THAAD program team at the Nashua, New Hampshire facility. The role is focused primarily on first shift (4/10 schedule) with flexible start times to align with the needs of the Manufacturing organization. Apply today and come partner with a team of dedicated Manufacturing personnel, Program Engineers, Quality Leads and Business Leaders to deliver a product designed to survive the harshest of environmental conditions to protect our warfighters on all fronts.As a Process Engineer, you will be an integral part of the team working to solve challenges on the production floor to improve the assembly process, product flow and yields through hands-on problem solving, engineering principles, Six Sigma and lean manufacturing. Additionally, a successful candidate will have a background in data analytics and an interest in pushing our manufacturing processes and systems to the next level on one of the most technically challenging and diverse programs within the portfolio. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Motivated self-starter and problem solver with proven experience executing in multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience solving technical challenges to achieve production goals
• Experience with data analytics
• Excellent computer skills and an ability to interpret large batches of data to drive action
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Eligible for Green Belt or Black Belt training once hired An active Secret security clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
