We welcome all those who have big ideas, crave innovation, want to drive fielding velocity, and have the passion to bring the warfighter home safe.The candidate's primary activity will be to participate in technical teams involved with the design, analysis, verification, test, and manufacture of antenna systems at BAE Systems. The candidate will create new or modify existing antenna designs using full wave analysis software (HFSS, FEKO) under the direction of a senior design engineer. This engineer will also supervise the fabrication of the design and it's testing in the appropriate antenna chamber or antenna test range. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal technical direction and seek out domain expertise as needed for the success of the project. Additional duties may include production antenna support to include supervising the acceptance test sell-off of BAE Systems products. Experience with requirements flow down as well as traceability within the larger system is a plus.* Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelors degree in related engineering field and 4 years hands on experience.
