Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) FULL TIME Merrimack We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide assistance and companionship to a 21-year-old male. Assignment requires overnight shifts from 6:00p- 6:00a Thursday-Sunday (days within this range are flexible.)   • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
  • Document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
  • Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
  • Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies A few must-haves for Home Health LNA:
    • Valid Nursing Assistant (LNA) License in the State of New Hampshire
    • A minimum of 6 months of experience working in the field
