This role is for a Senior Program Control Analyst within the Paragon Portfolio, supporting the Advanced Electronic Warfare Systems (AEWS) Product Line within the Electronic Combat Systems Business Area. This role will support a diverse portfolio including Development and Repair programs.This role will be performed in a hybrid capacity, with the individual splitting their time between working on-site at BAE Facilities (Nashua, NH) and remotely.Responsibilities may include: - Contribute as trusted finance partner at program meetings and reviews
- Create, maintain, and monitor program baselines utilizing Earned Value Management or another appropriate method.
- Review and monitor program risks and opportunities, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
- Develop and update financial forecasts and estimates at complete
- Analyze program financial performance and variances to forecasts
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally
- Support program management in all financial aspects of the program, such as baselining, forecasting, and reporting
- Work with the contracts department for funding, billings, and other contractual itemsRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of work experience or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation
- Experience communicating and presenting financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead diverse work teams
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
- Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and proceduresPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
