We put our customers first - exemplified by our mission: "We Protect Those Who Protect Us--."Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to train our staff in Model Based Systems Engineering. As a Principal Systems Engineering you will work with the Chief Engineer in creating architectural models and will be responsible for training others in the use of MagicDraw across the ACES portfolio. We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and toolsAbility to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needsProficiency with MagicDrawSecret Security ClearanceBachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 6 years of work experience or equivalent experiencePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Excellent communication skillsExperience championing MBSEExperience with Electronic Warfare SystemsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
