As a Systems Engineer, you will work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test our Electronic Warfare systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development, requirements development, integration & test, test planning, and execution in a field deployment environment.Job responsibilities may include:Creation and/or review of systems, software, component, subsystem requirements and operational conceptsAllocation of requirements to engineering disciplinesDesign of test plans, test procedures and reportsExecution of integration, verification and validation testsParticipation in trade studies, peer reviews and customer meetingsPresent findings at design reviews internally or with customersCreation and/or review of systems, software, component, subsystem requirements and operational conceptsDeriving, decomposing, allocation and traceability of requirements to engineering disciplinesCreation of test plans, test procedures and reportsCreation and/or review of algorithmsExecution of integration, verification and validation testsParticipation in trade studies, peer reviews and customer meetingsPresent findings at design reviews internally or with customersIdentifying System Technical Performance MeasuresCreation of external and internal interface definitionsParticipation in customer meetingsBecause of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
