Come build your career with BAE Systems.Activities and Responsibilities could include:--- Effective Communication and interface with customers and cross functional team(s)--- Flow down contractual requirements to suppliers based on QMS / part / risk / customer requirements--- Provide clear communication and flow down of program quality requirements to all affected disciplines (Engineering, Operations, and Program Management)--- Control of Non-Conforming Materials including leading containment and disposition activities--- Driving Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities through to closure--- Performance of data review activities to drive continuous improvement/zero defect initiativesBecause of the nature of this role, the position requires you be 100% onsite in Nashua, NH.Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical drawings, specifications, requirements, and procedure manuals
- Working knowledge of AS9100 or equivalent Quality Management Systems
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- Self-starter, working independently with the direction of Program Quality Manager but able to prioritize and coordinate own tasks with focus on achieving objectives.
- Excellent planning, time management and organization skills
- Strong working knowledge of Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/ Preventative Actions.
- Direct knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics from raw material to finished goods.
- Ability to coach and guide others in a collaborative partnership.
- Experience in a Defense Electronics Prime Contract environmentPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical field
