Job Title: MRI Technician Job Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Shift, 5x8-Hour (13:30 - 22:00) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid state license required Certifications: ARRT Must-Have: EPIC experience Job Description: - Daily caseload of 30-40 in two rooms. - No call requirement and no float requirement. - Weekend work required every other weekend. - Experience with Phillips, EPIC, McKesson, Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, Adult ICU, IV Starts, PACS, Contrast, Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities, Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Breast, Spine, Musculoskeletal, CINE, Diffusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image Post-Processing, Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion, Peripheral Magnetic Resonance, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 Weighted Images, T-2 Weighted Images. - General MRI studies on a variety of ages and demographics. - Experience with legacy implants. - Unit systems include Epic for medication, documentation, and communication. - 40 hours of orientation and one week of training required. - Scrubs of any kind are acceptable. - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - References may be required; travelers must have a valid state license.
