As part of this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing an external contractor as well as developing a world-class in-house sales development organization. This candidate must be an expert on hiring, developing go-to-market plans, building relationships, and managing a quota-carrying organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with inbound and outbound sales development as well as direct sales experience. Familiarity with closed-loop marketing is a plus. The ideal candidate has extensive experience reporting, identifying sales plays, following a multi-touch prospecting methodology, and developing talent. Experience leading a global team is a plus.Location:Hybrid position, working three days per week in our Manchester, NH office. This is a global role, and so must have the ability to adjust work schedule to accommodate meetings with other time zones.What You'll Do: - Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for inbound and outbound sales development
