Immediate Need for LPN to work with school team to provide care to two medically fragile children during the school day. Feeding tube and seizure disorder experience preferred. Requirements: Current, valid state NH LPN license in good standing Ability to obtain BLS CPR certification. Recent wellness exam and negative TB skin test (provided if needed) Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required. Ability to pass a comprehensive fingerprint/background check and drug screening. Ensures confidentiality and security of the client's medical information. Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
