Key Responsibilities:


**Client Engagement:** Work closely with clients to identify properties that align with their needs and preferences.


**Rapport Building:** Develop strong relationships with potential buyers, providing guidance throughout the home-buying process.


**Marketing:** Create and distribute marketing materials to advertise your services and available properties in the community.


**Local Outreach:** Promote your services to the local community to build your client base.


**Negotiation:** Advocate effectively for clients during negotiations to secure favorable terms.


**Communication:** Maintain timely and effective communication with active clients and follow up with those who are not currently in the process.

**Requirements:**


**Real Estate License:** While a license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being officially hired. Assistance with the licensing process will be provided.

**Compensation:**
