As a Sales Enablement Manager, a Typical Day Might Include the Following: - Partner with Channel leadership and Channel Sales Enablement to identify and prioritize Channel Partner focused enablement needs like Onboarding, Channel Processes, Channel Sales Development Tools, Assessment, and Continuing Enablement
- Collaborate with the NICE CX Enablement and Channel leaders to design, implement, deliver, and operationalize required sales related enablement programs for specific channel learners across all partner types.
- Program formats includes eLearning, webinar, experiential exercises, workshops, classroom-based delivery, and product demonstrations as required.
- Ensures an organized onboarding program is appropriately run and aligns with the respective Channel groups
- Collaborate with the Enablement team to provide reporting and analytics related to designated enablement tasks to Sales Leadership.
- Support software and program enablement needs related to the Channel Sales team To Land This Gig You'll Need:
- 3+ years direct SaaS sales, customer success or Sales/Revenue Enablement experience Demonstrated success within rapidly emerging technology companies
- Polished and impactful presenter
- Working experience in supporting Channel Partner Sales programs
- Partner with VP of Sales Enablement, Channel Sales Enablement and VP/Directors of Channel and the channel team to impact Training, Sales Process and revenue generation
- Assist in development of content focused on all training areas
- Combination of Sales Expertise and Enablement experience with facilitation
- Strategic thinker with ability to understand complex issues, develop/ apply/simplify frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision making, and action (with leadership and cross functional teams)
- Strong customer success and sales orientation with ability to interpret/distill requests from the field into impactful deliverables Stellar internal and external collaboration and negotiation skills
