Business Development Director
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Director to join our global engagement agency in Morristown, NJ. This hybrid-role blends remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration, leveraging our global reach across 160 countries and proficiency in 22 languages to drive results. Our agency focuses on using principles of behavioral economics to enhance engagement with employees, partners, and clients. As a key member of our team, you will play an instrumental role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving our clients' business objectives forward with innovative solutions.
Compensation: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually, including a base salary of $135K with potential commissions between $175K - $200K.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their critical business needs and objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of solutions that align with clients' goals.
  • Focus on enhancing customer loyalty and executing impactful corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to design and implement solutions that drive clients' business objectives forward.
  • Utilize knowledge of the global market to adjust strategies and approaches accordingly.

    Minimum Position Qualifications:

    • Residency within commutable distance to Morristown, NJ for hybrid work requirements.
    • At least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies.
    • Stable professional history with no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years.
    • Proven track record in new business development, preferably within marketing solutions or professional services.
    • Experience in closing high-volume sales ($250K+ per sale).
    • Familiarity with sales cycles ranging from 3 to 12 months.
    • Base salary and compensation largely driven by commission, demonstrating significant earning potential.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.

      • Advanced degree in business or related fields.
      • Multilingual abilities to support global business needs.
      • Experience in behavioral economics and engagement strategies.
      • Previous leadership roles in a global setting.
      • Proven success in significantly increasing company revenue through innovative business development strategies.
