Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay Rate: $18-24/hr Based on Experience
• Employment Type: Contract to hire! Responsibilities: As a Follow Up Representative, you'll be a crucial part of our team, responsible for:
  • Handling the export, import, and submission of claims across systems
  • Overseeing medical billing collections and conducting follow-up procedures
  • Addressing insurance denials and correcting underpayment discrepancies
  • Conducting thorough reviews of medical claims for accuracy
  • Troubleshooting and resolving obstacles to claim resolution
  • Maintaining precise documentation and performing efficient data entry
  • Confirming patient health insurance benefits Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED is required
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Follow Up Medical Biller is essential
    • Understanding of CPT and ICD-10 codes is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Experience using EMR systems such as Epic/Navinet is preferred
