The Marketing Manager for Dermatology Professional will be responsible for collaborating on strategy, planning, and execution of professional marketing efforts for our dermatology portfolio including, Apoquel and Cytopoint.This individual will lead our multi-channel marketing efforts in the professional channel.Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and measure marketing initiatives directed to the veterinarian that support the immediate and long-term growth of the portfolio.
- Lead CRM and Next Gen Sales Engine digital optimization, Trade Show strategy, and Medical Education and Derm Speakers Bureau
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to provide materials and programs to the B2B marketing team, the Sales Force, and all channel partners to support demand creation efforts.
- Collaboration with Sales Force colleagues in identifying insights and opportunities for effective implementation of professional programs including execution of POAs.
- Be highly responsive in managing all communications with customers, specifically Account Managers, Executive Account Managers, Area Business Managers, Corporate Accounts Teams, Retail Teams, Professional Services Veterinarian Teams, Distribution Teams, and Senior Management.
- Rigorously monitor and gather key veterinarian insights, competitive activities, and market insights to incorporate into effective marketing strategies.
- Actively collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (Technical Services, Marketing Managers, Commercial Team, Communications, Business Analytics, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Learning & Development, Manufacturing, etc.) to deliver against our key strategic priorities.
- Develop and manage business-critical analyses and dashboards used to support marketing activities for the portfolio. Manages the analysis of sales and customer data to identify actionable insights, trends, and recommended actions.
- Effectively direct and manage external agencies in the development of professional marketing campaigns, selling materials and medical education.Qualifications & Experience
